“I got the grant! Now what?”

Congratulations if you took a shot at writing a grant and found out you got it! Maybe it came as a surprise and you’re thinking “Now what? Where do I start?” You want to focus on your goals of course, while paying close attention to the tangible (and measurable) activities you must do to achieve your goals. This is where many people get flustered.
