Post Pandemic Professional/ Organizational Rebound

It’s been a full year since the beginning of the pandemic and to say that we all have been changed is an understatement. We have been surrounded by both positive and negative change in every aspect of our lives. Though without a doubt, the negatives have disproportionately affected vulnerable populations. Returning to “normal” work in a “new normal” way is still taking shape. Individuals and non-profit organizations have creatively and successfully adapted to service provision amidst challenges never experienced before.  But there have been struggles as a result of changes in administration, staffing, procedures, funding and programs for example.

You may feel like you scrambled to adjust early on during the pandemic; and now you are trying to adjust once again in post-pandemic operations, whatever those are. Organizations and individuals may need extra support during this rebound.

I encourage you to reach out for assistance to someone you know or someone new you can trust. Collaborating on professional or organizational life re-adjustment may be a “positive” post-pandemic action to take for yourself or your organization.
